The second floor adds a final bedroom, a natural master with its own en-suite bathroom, fitted with a rounded shower cubicle, and access to the largest terrace of the three. From here the panorama extends to 180 degrees.
The villa faces north-east, catching the morning light on its main terraces. Ceramic tile floors throughout are easy to keep clean. Surroundings

In the other direction, the celebrated resort town of Cefalù, with its Norman cathedral, clifftop castle and broad sandy beach, is around 40 minutes away.
Sicily’s bustling capital, Palermo, is half an hour away by car. The local station, noted above, brings the city centre to under 20 minutes by train. The international airport at Punta Raisi is roughly 45 minutes from the door.
