Fabian graduated from the University of Bologna with a degree in Economics and Business, and is a certified Realtor. His specialities include buy-to-let property, new residential developments and large scale renovation projects, particularly in the city of Palermo. He is the CEO of both Property in Sicily and its German-language sister business Casa in Sicilia.

A born entrepreneur, he took over the running of Mer et Soleil, a 50-bed tourist residence in Mongerbino, at the age of 24. Today, having overseen some of the province’s most significant real estate deals Fabian has unparalleled insight into its hospitality sector.
